A group of community and business leaders saw the need for support and funding for community enrichment programs in Putnam County and the surrounding areas. We came together to form a foundation that can address both short-term needs and make plans for the long-term growth and sustainability of the arts, recreation, and beautification projects in Putnam County, WV.
